Energy Hour 2024

This year’s theme for Energy Hour was Challenges Make Champions – bonding employees pan India, and fostering a spirit of togetherness at the Murugappa Group. The Energy Hour T-shirt came in a nice wine colour and everyone was excited to come dressed uniformly. From selfie contests to meaningful conversations between guest speakers Ashish Vidyarthi and Pullela Gopichand; the Energy Hour was inspiring, warm, and motivating!

The virtual Energy Hour that connected the whole of Chola surely charged up the spirits of employees all over the country with the Chairman’s message. He addressed the more unsaid things on self-improvement and challenges one faces in life that hinder growth, not just physically, but mentally as well. He spoke about how crucial it is to set realistic goals, not just at work but also at home, altering the relationship of the employees with their spouses and kids, changing perspectives and life at large. The Chairman’s message was followed by the Shine Awards that portrayed how Murugappa Group employees embody the values of the Five Lights – Integrity, Passion, Quality, Respect, and Responsibility.
