Procedure for lodging a complaint
Call Center Customers can lodge a complaint by contacting the call center at 1800-102-4565 / 1800-123-4565. The call center is open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Email Customers can lodge a complaint by sending an email to customercare@chola.murugappa.com
Via Letter Customers can lodge a complaint by submitting a written complaint to the following address

Branch Customers can also lodge a complaint by visiting the branch

If the customer has approached any of the above channels and the complaint is not resolved within 10 days, the customer may escalate the complaint to the Head Customer Service
