Women’s Day 2024

Chola celebrated Women’s Day on 8th March 2024. It was a beautiful day and women employees were asked to come dressed in shades of purple for it was the theme colour of the year, globally.

The office was decorated brightly and events were arranged for women employees to partake in and enjoy. There was jewelry making, nail art, a 360-degree camera, and many more fun games and activities arranged.

A unique engagement was conducted where women employees were asked to nominate fellow women employees for ‘W Awards’ in Planet W – a platform created for the Women in Chola. There were awards titled – The Young Leader, Wonder Woman of Chola, The Game Changer, Inspiring Woman of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement Award.

There was a nice video clipping of women employees sharing their experience working in Chola.

A virtual session engaged women employees during the day on ‘Financial Wellness’ conducted by Ms. Sumana Dutta, a financial wellness coach, emphasizing the importance of possessing and maintaining financial stability for women.

A live session by Ms. Balambika, a certified image consultant, on ‘Power Dressing’ and the nuances of dressing for success enlightened the women of Chola.

Followed by the talk show, there was Hi-tea served for all with cake and snacks.

It was indeed a day of laughter, inspiring sessions, motivating talks, amazing pictures, good food, great friends, lively music, women dancing, and making memories!
